If Your Order Is Delayed
- Please allow an extra 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery period.
- If your order does not arrive after this time, contact info@linavella.com for assistance.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, transit usually takes 4–6 days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated Total Delivery: From purchase to delivery, orders arrive within 5–9 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email info@linavella.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After review, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- It should remain in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
