Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, notify us immediately at info@linavella.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you decide not to keep an item after it has been delivered, you can initiate a return by following the steps described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email info@linavella.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After review, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Return Requirements

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • It should remain in its original packaging.

  • All tags must be attached.

How to Return an Item

  • Wait for approval before sending the item back.

  • Follow the instructions provided for packaging and the return address.

  • Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the return is received and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval of the return.
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
