Payment Authorization
Payment is collected once an order is placed and the transaction is successfully approved. The selected payment method is charged immediately after authorization. Orders linked to unsuccessful or declined payments are not completed. You may revise your payment details or choose another method to continue.
Transaction Security and Verification
Payments are handled through Shopify’s secure, encrypted systems. To help prevent unauthorized activity, transactions may undergo automated screening, manual review, or additional verification steps. Orders flagged as higher risk may be delayed or canceled. Complete payment card information is never stored on our systems.
Pricing Transparency
Product prices are clearly shown on individual product pages and during checkout. The total amount displayed before payment confirmation is the final amount charged, with no added taxes or shipping fees applied afterward. Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Any conversion or processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not controlled by us.
Refund Handling
When a refund is approved under our Return and Refund Policy, it is issued to the original payment method whenever available. Refunds are usually initiated within 7 days after approval of the return. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
Payment Issues and Reversals
If a payment is declined, reversed, or canceled after authorization, the associated order may be placed on hold, canceled, or not fulfilled. We may reach out to request updated payment information or take further action in accordance with our Terms of Service.
