Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, notify us immediately at info@linavella.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you decide not to keep an item after it has been delivered, you can initiate a return by following the steps described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Photos of the item and packaging
After review, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
